This gives our customers piece of mind that what they see on the website is exactly what they should expect to receive once purchased. Once purchased, if you decide to return the item you may do so within 7 calendar days of receiving it. Please contact us for a return label as you will need this for the return. The item must be returned in the exact condition as it was purchased, including original packaging, or the buyer will be subject to restocking/damage fees. The buyer is responsible for all return fees. You will receive your refund via PayPal within 4 business days from the time we receive it.

Unreturnable items include reeds and other items as marked.

Please do not clean and sanitize returned mouthpieces yourself. This will be completed by our in-house professionals. All returned mouthpieces will incur a $3 flat rate cleaning fee.
 

 

STEP 1.

Please use the form below to contact us and receive your Return  Authorization and Return Shipping Label.
 

STEP 2.

Pack your item(s) in the original packaging, fix the Return Label on the outside of the package, and drop it at any UPS store or UPS Drop Box.  
 

 

STEP 3.

Once we’ve received your returned item your PayPal return will process within 4 business days.
